After completing this session, students will understand OCIP requirements, current law that applies and some of the potential coverage gaps for subcontractors.  We will also discuss how the limitation on liability transfers in construction contracts applies, how the new ISO additional insured endorsements apply, and have reviewed the certificate of insurance law and how to handle common problems
