Description

This course is designed to challenge insurance agency personnel to identify how ethics plays a role in their business lives and how to approach decision-making with ethical intent.

Carie's professional journey is marked by significant achievements and extensive experience in the insurance industry. As the former Operations Director at Miller & Miller Insurance Agency, she managed a dynamic team of 18, steering the agency through strategic planning and financial management to meet key business objectives.

In addition, Carie was the Owner and Senior Consultant at Novel Horse Consulting, where she built the business from the ground up. Her consultancy focused on maximizing operational efficiency, controlling risks, improving customer service, and implementing leadership programs for independent agents. Her strategic approach in business development, marketing, and sales plans has been crucial in sustaining growth for her clients.

Her educational contributions as an Adjunct Professor at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi further highlight her commitment to the industry, where she shared her knowledge and insights with aspiring professionals. Moreover, her tenure as the CEO at American Financial Insurance Services, Inc. dba Borden Insurance, is a testament to her leadership capabilities and strategic planning skills.
