Designing a competitive compensation plan is critical for attracting and retaining top talent in any insurance organization. When companies offer attractive salaries and benefits, it can help differentiate them in a crowded job market and make them more appealing to job seekers. In addition, employees who feel fairly compensated for their work are more likely to stay with their current employer, reducing the costs associated with turnover and the time and expense of recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
