Description
This session is designed to provide basic information about requirements involving surplus lines business in Texas. It will also address some common coverage limitations that are found in Surplus Lines policies.
Basic Course Information
Learning Objectives- Know the statutory requirements related Surplus Lines insurance companies
- Understand the restrictions on placement with Surplus Lines insurers
- Have reviewed the role and function of the Surplus Lines Stamping Office
- Understand common limitations found in Surplus Lines General Liability, Property, and Business Auto Polices
